He is experienced in bringing new products and technologies to market and has global channel development experience. For over 30 years his interests in technology innovation has put him at the forefront of emerging technologies. His know-how in ultrasonics includes wide ranging applications across many industries including high temperature molten metal & glass treatment, and Nanotechnology. \"\"Nico is an expert in high temperature technical ceramics and owner of\u00a0 Sialon Ceramics Ltd.<\/a><\/strong> Having graduated with a MBA in strategic marketing in 1986, Nico has pursued a diverse career in the molten aluminium industry. <\/strong><\/a>Nico has held a number of key roles in the sector, specifically in the key areas of grain refinement, degassing and solidification in molten metals. Along the way, he used this experience and knowledge to co-develop with Mario a proprietary mixing technique to create a previously insoluble alloy \u2013 a crucial step in the creation of our ultra capacitor. Nico has led several successful ultrasonic degassing & grain refinement projects in the molten aluminium industry.<\/p>

This unique combination of technical expertise of the single layer ultracapacitor and experience within the metal and electrical engineering sectors, particularly in relation to R&D and project management has led to this ground breaking innovation \u2013 a new and advanced type of ultra capacitor \u2013 one that\u2019s now ready to be put to use in a practical application.
